Asus needs to know how and why you purchased an Eee and what can they do to make sure that your next computer purchase would be from them (well, short of mind control, but Apple’s got the patent on that technology yet).
They’ve created a survey so they could learn more about their customers, and so they could use the information to make their Eee PCs better.
More from Eee User:Some standard questions are asked, and other specific ones such as how did you find your Eee PC, what series do you use, what do you consider the most important feature when shopping for an Eee PC, what is your main reason for having one, what do you intend to use it for and much more.
It really does seem like one can almost “order” the so called perfect Eee PC if enough responses come through with particular features, so give it a go and see what you think. Let them know what great feature you wouldn’t mind upgrading for and you might just get it.
You can also offer feedback on what is already available and how you would like to see particular aspects improved as well as being asked which aspect are you the most unhappy with.
